FEDIRALY Cloud - Terms of Service
These Terms govern your access and use of FEDIRALY Cloud services. By engaging with our platform, you agree to the conditions outlined below. Breach of these Terms may lead to account restrictions or service termination.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By visiting our platform or subscribing to our services, you consent to comply with these Terms, including any supplemental agreements or policies referenced herein. These Terms apply to all users — clients, contractors, partners, affiliates, and service providers.
2. Game Hosting Usage
Thank you for choosing FEDIRALY Cloud for your game hosting needs. By utilizing our hosting infrastructure, you agree to follow these Terms, which cover developers, players, content managers, and community leaders.
2.1 Service Intent
Our services focus on delivering secure and high-performance hosting for multiplayer games, gaming communities, and associated applications.
2.2 Content Compliance
Users must adhere to content standards. Any promotion of unlawful activity, discrimination, or harmful behavior is strictly forbidden.
2.3 Community Engagement
Community interaction is welcome but not mandatory. Our public spaces are intended for support, collaboration, and positive engagement.
2.4 Account Suspension
FEDIRALY Cloud retains the right to suspend or terminate accounts for breaches of these Terms or disruptive actions.
3. Security and Fair Play
We prioritize your security with advanced measures to safeguard servers and player data. Users are responsible for maintaining the security of their credentials and API access.
Anti-cheat systems are embedded by default. Hacking, exploitation, or unfair play is strictly banned.
DDoS protection is active across all services to maintain server reliability and uptime.
4. Server Resources and Usage
Each service plan includes a defined allocation of resources. Users must monitor usage and manage resources within their plan limits.
Unauthorized resale or public redistribution of hosting services is prohibited unless authorized under our Partner Agreement.
You may adjust your plan at any time to accommodate growth or traffic changes.
5. Data Ownership and Backup
Automated backups of game data, player accounts, and configurations are provided based on your subscription level. We recommend users maintain their own additional backups for critical information.
Ownership of your hosted content remains fully with you. We only access your content as necessary for operational support or security review.
Upon account closure, user data will be retained for 30 days before being permanently deleted. Ensure all necessary data is exported prior to service termination.
6. Service Reliability
We aim to deliver 99.9% uptime across all services. Planned maintenance windows will be communicated to users at least 24 hours ahead of time.
Our systems dynamically scale during peak loads to guarantee consistent performance.
Monitoring tools are available via your control panel to oversee server health and performance in real time.
7. Content Responsibility
Hosted content must fully comply with all relevant regulations and standards. Content violating applicable laws will be removed without prior notice.
You are responsible for moderating player and user submissions within your hosted environments.
Intellectual property rights must be respected at all times — only host materials you are authorized to distribute.
