What is FEDIRALY Cloud?

FEDIRALY Cloud is our powerful cloud hosting platform that allows users to deploy and manage their own cloud instances. You can create Python or Node.js servers with a simple interface and pay-as-you-go pricing model.

What server types are available?

We offer two main server types:

• Python Server: Generic Python environment with pre-installed packages, web framework support (Flask, Django), and database connectivity
• Node.js Server: Generic Node.js environment with NPM package manager, Express.js support, and real-time application capabilities

How much does it cost?

Each server costs $1.00 for 1 week (14 days free trial). This is a pay-as-you-go model with no hidden fees.

How do I create a server?

The server creation process is simple:

1. Check Balance: System verifies you have $1.00 minimum balance
2. Select Server Type: Choose between Python or Node.js
3. Check Active Servers: System ensures you don't already have an active server (one per user rule)
4. Process Payment: 1.00 is deducted from your balance
5. Deploy Server: System finds available node and deploys your container
6. Server Ready: Your server is running with 14-day expiration

What are the server limitations?

Key limitations include:

• One active server per user account
• Servers expire after 14 days unless renewed
• Standard resource allocation on shared infrastructure
• No guarantee of uptime or performance

What happens when my server expires?

When your server expires:

• Server automatically stops if not renewed
• Data on expired servers may be permanently deleted
• Auto-renewal will be suspended if insufficient balance
• You can manually renew before expiration to maintain service

How does the balance system work?

FEDIRALY Cloud uses a balance-based payment system:

• Payment is deducted immediately upon server creation
• All transactions are recorded in your balance history
• Balance is displayed in USD currency
• Insufficient balance prevents server creation
• Welcome bonuses may be available for Discord joiners

What is the Pending Balance system?

The Pending Balance system protects your account and ensures all transactions are secure and legitimate:

• 2-Day Review Period: All pending balance requests are reviewed within 2 days
• Manual Review: During the 2-day period, balance requests can be rejected if they violate terms or appear suspicious
• Auto-Approval: Balance is automatically approved after 2 days if not manually processed
• Withdrawal Processing: Withdrawal requests can take up to 5 business days to complete (weekends excluded from business day calculations)
• Security Protection: Prevents unauthorized balance additions and ensures legitimate transactions only
• Available Balance: Once approved, balance can be used for server purchases and renewals
• Account Protection: Maintains accurate balance records and protects against fraud

What are the prohibited activities?

The following activities are prohibited on FEDIRALY Cloud servers:

• Illegal activities or content
• Spam or abuse of resources
• Mining cryptocurrency
• Hosting malicious software

What if I need a refund?
