1. Approved Activities

FEDIRALY Cloud welcomes hosting of multiplayer games, web applications, websites, and related digital services.

Supported game types include browser games, downloadable clients, online servers, and esports platforms.

Supported websites include both static and dynamic builds using frameworks like React, Vue, Angular, Next.js, or standard HTML/CSS/JS.

All content hosted must comply with our Terms of Service and with any applicable third-party service agreements integrated into your project.

2. Forbidden Content

• Games or websites containing excessive violence, extreme gore, or explicit material unsuitable for general audiences.
• Infringing intellectual property or unauthorized use of copyrighted assets.
• Content that spreads hate, discrimination, or promotes harm toward any individual or group.
• Illegal gambling platforms or unsanctioned financial transaction services.
• Distribution of malware, viruses, spyware, or cryptojacking scripts.
• Violation of data protection laws, including mishandling of personal user data.
• Phishing websites, scams, or deceptive practices targeting users.
• Promotion or facilitation of illegal activities or unlicensed goods/services.
• Predatory monetization practices within games.
• Unauthorized hosting of private servers for copyrighted games.
• Content exploiting or endangering minors in any way.
• Fraudulent financial activities or bypassing legitimate financial regulations.

3. Restricted Activities

• Using servers to launch DDoS attacks or engage in any form of network abuse.
• Developing, distributing, or promoting game cheats, hacks, or exploits.
• Operating unauthorized e-commerce platforms or unverified payment services.
• Collecting or selling excessive, irrelevant, or sensitive user data.
• Running cryptocurrency mining operations without prior authorization.
• Abusing free hosting services by creating multiple fake accounts.
• Hosting open proxies, VPN services, or unauthorized relays.
• Performing load testing, penetration testing, or stress testing without permission.
• Bypassing security protocols, authentication systems, or access controls.
• Using bots to impersonate users, manipulate servers, or disrupt services.
• Running high-load tasks (AI training, encoding, etc.) without explicit approval.
• Sharing server credentials or administrative access irresponsibly.
• Sending spam emails, messages, or running mass marketing without opt-in consent.
• Operating financial services that bypass regulations or facilitate illegal finance.
• Hosting public CDNs (Content Delivery Networks) without prior consent from FEDIRALY Cloud.
