Understanding pending balance requests and the review process.

What are Pending Balance requests?

Pending balance requests are balance additions that you have already requested but we have not yet processed. The request has already been submitted, but we have not yet added the balance to your account. This happens when you request free balance through Discord joining or other promotional methods. These requests are only pending because we are confirming the operation and reviewing it for security, to ensure your account safety and the accuracy of your request.

How long does it take?

All pending balance requests are reviewed within 2 days. After this period, your balance will either be approved and added to your account, or rejected if it violates our terms.

Note: Only withdrawal requests can take up to 5 business days to complete (weekends excluded from business day calculations).

What happens during the review?

• We verify that your request follows our terms and conditions
• We check for any suspicious activity or policy violations
• We ensure the request is legitimate and not fraudulent
• Balance is automatically approved if no issues are found
