Fraudulent Activities
We take fraudulent activities and attempts to reverse transactions very seriously. If you attempt to initiate a chargeback or open a PayPal dispute after purchasing or subscribing to any of our services, please be aware that this will result in a permanent and irreversible ban from all of our servers. This action will also lead to the immediate suspension of any accounts associated with the disputed transaction, and all access to our services will be permanently revoked. This policy is in place to protect both our users and our platform from fraudulent behavior. We strongly advise that you contact our support team directly if you encounter any issues with our services or payment. We are committed to resolving any legitimate concerns, but we will not tolerate any attempts to manipulate the system or bypass our policies through chargebacks or disputes.

1. General Refund Policy
FEDIRALY Cloud operates under a strict no-refund policy for most services. However, we provide limited refund exceptions under specific circumstances outlined below. 1.1 No Refund Policy All payments made to FEDIRALY Cloud are generally non-refundable. This includes: Server renewals and extensions Balance additions and top-ups Service upgrades and modifications Any other FEDIRALY Cloud services
2. Limited Refund Exceptions
2.1 Initial Server Purchase Refunds Initial server purchases may be eligible for a refund only under the following specific circumstances: Refund Eligibility Criteria Server deployment fails completely and cannot be resolved Service is not delivered as promised due to technical issues Refund request is submitted within 24 hours of purchase No server usage or data has been uploaded 2.2 Refund Process To request a refund for an initial server purchase: Contact our support team within 24 hours of purchase Provide detailed explanation of the issue Allow our team to investigate and attempt resolution Refund will only be processed if all criteria are met
3. Balance and Payment Terms
3.1 Balance Refunds Balance added to your FEDIRALY Cloud account is non-refundable under any circumstances. This includes: Welcome bonuses and promotional credits Manual balance additions Pending balance that becomes available Unused balance remaining in your account 3.2 Server Renewal Refunds Server renewals are strictly non-refundable. Once payment is processed for a renewal, no refunds will be issued regardless of circumstances.
4. Fraud Prevention
We take fraudulent activities and attempts to reverse transactions very seriously. If you attempt to initiate a chargeback or open a PayPal dispute after purchasing FEDIRALY Cloud services, this will result in: Permanent and irreversible ban from all FEDIRALY services Immediate suspension of all associated accounts Permanent revocation of access to FEDIRALY Cloud Legal action if necessary
