Terms and Conditions

This document explains your rights and obligations when using FEDIRALY services. We have written it in clear language so that everyone can understand it. If anything is unclear, please contact us—we are happy to help.

Introduction
Welcome to FEDIRALY Software, Inc. (referred to as "FEDIRALY," "we," "us," or "our" in this document). These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") apply to your use of our website, applications, and all related services (together, the "Services"). By using FEDIRALY, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use our Services.
FEDIRALY Profile Terms
What FEDIRALY Profile Offers
FEDIRALY Profile lets you manage your profile, create custom links, personalize your branding, and connect with your audience. We offer a free plan with basic features and a Pro plan with more tools and benefits.
Account Suspension and Bans
We may suspend or permanently ban your account if you break these Terms. This can happen if you: • Post content that breaks our community guidelines • Spam, harass, or abuse others • Use the platform for anything illegal • Violate someone else's intellectual property • Try to cheat or abuse our systems Whether your account is in good standing or banned, you cannot request account deletion until at least 6 months after you created the account. See "Account Deletion" under General Terms for details.
How to Appeal a Decision
If we take action against your account, you can challenge our decision in three ways: • Appeal through our system: Use the link in the message we sent you explaining our decision. We will review your appeal as soon as possible. Our team will handle it fairly. • Use an out-of-court dispute body: You may contact a certified dispute resolution body. • Go to court: You may bring a claim before the courts under the laws that apply to you. If we deny your appeal, that decision is final. You cannot submit another appeal for the same action.
FEDIRALY Cloud Terms
These terms cover FEDIRALY Cloud: how we handle your balance, server hosting, and withdrawals.
1. Who Can Use FEDIRALY Cloud
• You must be at least 17 years old. • Only one account per person is allowed. • By using the service, you accept these terms. • You are responsible for keeping your account secure.
2. Balance and Payments
Currency: We support USD and EUR. Your currency is detected automatically. We offer a welcome bonus for Discord members ($5.00 or €4.60). Conversion rate: 1 USD = 0.92 EUR. Payment rules: Payments are generally non-refundable (except when server deployment fails—see Refund Policy). Server creation must be paid for when you order. Free or bonus balance cannot be transferred or withdrawn. Withdrawals: Minimum withdrawal is €46.00 EUR or $50.00 USD. We process withdrawals within 3–7 business days. Only balance you paid for can be withdrawn. You must have had active cloud servers for at least 30 days. Anti-abuse: Creating multiple accounts to get extra free balance is not allowed. Doing so can lead to suspension, loss of balance, or a permanent ban.
3. Servers: Creation and Use
Basics: One active server per account. Price: $1.00 USD (about €0.92 EUR) for 14 days. Server types: Python and Node.js. You can turn auto-renewal on or off at any time. Not allowed: Illegal content or activity, spam, heavy resource use, cryptocurrency mining, hosting malware, or Discord self-bots (which break Discord's terms). Suspensions: We may close your account permanently. If your IP address changes 100 or more times in one day (for example, from rapid VPN or proxy use), we may apply a FEDIRALY Cloud ban; this may be mentioned in any appeal. You can appeal if you believe we made a mistake.
4. Payment Methods and Security
We accept: Credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex), PayPal, digital wallets, bank transfers, and cryptocurrency (Bitcoin, Ethereum). Security: We use SSL/TLS encryption and follow industry standards for payment processing. We also use fraud detection to protect you and our platform. Refunds: Server purchases may be refunded within 24 hours if deployment fails. Service fees and promotional credits are not refundable. Any refund goes back to the original payment method.
FEDIRALY Profile Refund Policy
Subscription Refunds
We do not offer refunds after you cancel a subscription. Because of how our services work, we cannot refund any part of a subscription once it has been canceled. Before you cancel, please check that your plan and usage still match your needs.
General Refund Policy
We do not refund payments for services or products bought through our platform. By making a purchase, you agree to this. We aim to be clear and fair with all users.
Chargebacks and Disputes
If you request a chargeback or open a PayPal (or similar) dispute after paying for or subscribing to our services, we will permanently ban you from all FEDIRALY services. We will also suspend any accounts linked to that payment and revoke all access. We do this to protect our users and our platform from fraud. If you have a problem with a payment or our service, please contact our support team first. We will work with you to resolve real issues. We do not accept use of chargebacks or disputes to get around this refund policy.
FEDIRALY Cloud Refund Policy
This section explains when we do and do not refund FEDIRALY Cloud payments (servers, balance, and related services).

1. General Rule: No Refunds
Most FEDIRALY Cloud payments cannot be refunded. This includes: • Server renewals and extensions • Adding balance or top-ups • Service upgrades or changes • Any other FEDIRALY Cloud services We make limited exceptions only in the situations described below.
2. When We May Refund Your First Server Purchase
We may refund your first server purchase only if all of the following are true: • The server never deployed successfully and we could not fix it • We did not deliver the service as promised because of a technical problem on our side • You ask for a refund within 24 hours of buying the server • You have not used the server or uploaded any data How to request a refund: Contact support within 24 hours of purchase, explain the issue, and let us try to fix it. We will only refund if every condition above is met.
3. Balance and Renewals: No Refunds
Balance in your FEDIRALY Cloud account is never refundable. This applies to welcome bonuses, promotional credits, balance you added yourself, and any unused balance. Server renewals are also never refundable. Once you pay for a renewal, we will not refund it for any reason.
4. Chargebacks and Disputes
If you start a chargeback or open a PayPal (or similar) dispute after paying for FEDIRALY Cloud, we will: • Permanently ban you from all FEDIRALY services • Suspend all accounts linked to you • Revoke your access to FEDIRALY Cloud • Take further legal action if we consider it necessary Please contact support first if you have a problem. We will work to resolve real issues.
5. Questions About Refunds

General Terms
Your Account
Some features require an account. You are responsible for keeping your login details safe and for everything that happens on your account. When you sign up, you must give correct information and keep it up to date.
Account Deletion
You can only request account deletion after at least 6 months from the day you created the account. This applies to every account—active or banned. Once 6 months have passed, you may ask for deletion following our account closure and data-retention rules.
Content You Post
You are responsible for any content you upload or share on FEDIRALY ("User Content"). When you do, you give us permission to use, copy, modify, distribute, and display that content so we can run and improve our Services. This permission is worldwide, non-exclusive, and free of charge.
Our Intellectual Property
FEDIRALY owns the content, design, and functionality of our Services. These are protected by law. You may not copy, modify, sell, reverse engineer, or try to get the source code of our software without our written permission.
Acceptable Use
When using our Services, you must not: • Post illegal, harmful, or offensive content • Pretend to be someone else or lie about who you are • Disrupt our Services or networks • Try to access areas or accounts you are not allowed to use
Privacy
We care about your privacy. Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and share your information. Please read it.
When We Can End Your Access
We may suspend or end your access to our Services at any time, with or without notice. If we do, you must stop using the Services right away.
No Warranties
We provide our Services "as is" and "as available." We do not promise that they will be error-free or fit for a particular purpose. The law may give you certain rights that we cannot exclude.
Our Liability
Where the law allows, FEDIRALY is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, lost profits, lost data, or similar losses that result from your use of our Services.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. We will tell you about important changes by email, messages in your account, our website, or our Discord server.
How We Notify You About Changes
When We Change These Terms
Small fixes (e.g. typos): We update the document. You can read the new version anytime. No action needed from you. Security or safety changes: We notify you at least 30 days before they take effect, unless that is not possible for safety reasons. No action needed. New features or improvements (that do not harm your current use or pending transactions): We notify you at least 30 days in advance. No action needed. Other changes to the Terms: We notify you at least 30 days in advance. You must click "accept" within 30 days to agree to the new Terms. If you do not accept, you can still close your account (free), contact support, download your data, and complete any pending payout before the new Terms apply.
